Ocean Accent ("we", "our", or "us") is a mobile application developed by A2RSystem Software Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

3. Microphone, Speech Recognition & AI Processing

Ocean Accent requires access to your microphone to provide real-time accent correction and language learning feedback. To do this, your voice input is processed as follows:

• Your voice recording is sent to Deepgram, a third-party speech-to-text service, to convert your speech into text.
• The resulting text is sent to Groq, a third-party AI service, to generate feedback on your grammar, fluency, and accent.
• This data is used solely to generate your feedback within the app and is not used for advertising, profiling, or sold to any third party.
• We do not permanently store your voice recordings or transcripts on our own servers.

By using the voice or text learning features, you consent to your input being shared with these third-party services for the sole purpose of generating your feedback.

• Groq — for generating AI-based grammar, fluency, and accent feedback from your input

Ocean Accent does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, including:

• Google Analytics
• Facebook SDK
• Any advertising networks

5. Children's Privacy

Ocean Accent does not knowingly collect personal identifying information from children. However, because voice and text input is sent to third-party AI services (Deepgram and Groq) to provide feedback, we recommend that children use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian. 6. Data Security

We do not store your voice recordings or transcripts on our own servers. Data shared with Deepgram and Groq for processing is transmitted securely and is subject to their respective security practices.
